Shipping & Return Policy

📦 Shipping

  • Orders are delivered to your specified address by courier (Omniva).
  • For orders under €10.00, a packing fee of €1.00 applies.
  • Delivery throughout Lithuania: €3.00 (Neringa municipality: €20.00).
  • Orders are collected and shipped twice a week — usually Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

📋 Upon Receiving Your Order

When your parcel arrives, please check the following in the presence of the courier:

  • The packaging is not damaged (punctured, wet, wrinkled or otherwise externally damaged).
  • The goods inside are undamaged and all ordered items are present.
  • If the parcel is damaged or items are missing — do not accept the delivery.

Signing the delivery confirmation without comments means the parcel is considered delivered in full and in good condition.

🔄 Returns

  • If you receive a defective product, contact us within 2 days of receipt.
  • Email: orders@sologusto.com or call +370 612 00408
  • We will collect the defective product at our expense and replace it or issue a full refund.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with at least 95% remaining.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.
