Shipping of goods

  • Goods ordered in the Sologusto.lt store are delivered to the address specified by you only by courier (Omniva).
  • If the order amount is less than € 10.00, a packing fee of € 1.00 will apply.
  • Delivery price throughout Lithuania is € 3.00 (delivery in Neringa municipality costs € 20.00).
  • When buying goods for € 40 and more – we deliver the goods free of charge (except in Neringa municipality).
  • Orders are collected and shipped twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Fridays).
  • The goods are usually delivered within 2-3 days from the dispatch of the order.
  • Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer must make sure that the shipment is not damaged (punctured, wet, wrinkled or otherwise externally damaged) in the presence of the courier. The buyer must also check that the goods inside are not damaged and that all the ordered goods have arrived. If the consignment is damaged or there is no part of the ordered goods – the consignment must not be accepted.
  • Upon receipt of the consignment by the Buyer or the Buyer’s representative and signing on the device or paper delivery confirmation provided by the courier company’s representative without comments, the consignment is considered to be delivered in undamaged packaging and conforms to the quality, quantity and suitability of the goods.

Returning the goods

  • If the Buyer receives a substandard product, the Buyer must inform Sologusto.lt by e-mail about quality defects. store administration within two days (e-mail orders@sologusto.lt or phone +37061200408)
  • We will download the defective product back at our own expense and replace it with a defective product or refund the money paid for the defective product. The product must be in the original packaging and its balance must not be less than 95%.
  • If the Buyer requests a refund for defective goods, the Buyer must submit a refund request by e-mail. mail orders@sologusto.lt; In the application, the Buyer must indicate: name, surname, order number, product name, quantity and the reason for return.
  • The money is returned to the Buyer to the bank account from which the payment for the goods was made within 3 working days from the submission of the request by e-mail.
